Statement of Licensing Policy
This policy sets out how Harrow Council approaches its role as the Licensing Authority under the Licensing Act 2003 (‘the Act.’) It is responsible for premises licences, club premises certificates, temporary events notices, community and ancillary sale notices and personal licences in the Borough in respect of licensable activities: • the sale and/or supply of alcohol • the provision of regulated entertainment • late night refreshment.
