The Council has been successful in securing funding from Transport for London (TfL) to introduce a new 20mph zone in the area around St John Fisher Catholic Primary School. We are therefore seeking your views on these proposals. The roads affected by the scheme include; Cambridge Road, Woodlands, Melrose Road, Kingsley Road, Thrush Green and South Way. The aims of the scheme are to create a 20mph zone which will: • Reduce the risk of personal injury accidents within the area; • Improve pedestrian and cycle safety; • Encourage walking and cycling in the area.

The roads affected by the scheme include; Melbourne Avenue, Greystoke Avenue, Birkdale Avenue, Ainsdale Crescent, Hillview Gardens, Elmcroft Crescent, Holmdene Avenue, Manor Park Drive and Greenfield Way. The aims of the scheme are to create a 20mph zone which will: • Reduce the risk of personal injury accidents within the area; • Improve pedestrian and cycle safety; • Encourage walking and cycling in the area; and, • Discourage rat-running through the area.

Consultation On Proposal To Introduce Selective Licensing Respond Online
Harrow Council has identified areas where there are a number of badly managed and poorly maintained properties which are linked to anti social behaviour. To overcome these problems Harrow Council is considering introducing selective licensing scheme in the designated area of Roxbourne and Roxeth Wards and would like to extend the scheme over five years borough wide.

Possible changes to parking arrangements Queensbury Circle is located on the A4140 Honeypot Lane junction with Streatfield Road, Charlton Road and Taunton Way and consists of a mixture of shops, businesses and residential properties situated mainly to the west of Honeypot Lane, Charlton Road and either side of Streatfield Road between Queensbury Circle roundabout and Portland Crescent.There is high demand for parking in the service roads either side of Streatfield Road and along the service roads to the west of Honeypot Lane and Charlton Road.
